DENVER -- Good morning! Here are 5 Things to Know for Tuesday, June 5.

1. 416 Fire burns in southwest Colorado
The 416 Fire continues to burn 13 miles north of Durango. The more than 2,400-acre blaze was 10 percent contained as of Monday evening.

2. Justices side with Colorado baker
In a limited decision, the Supreme Court ruled for the baker who wouldn't make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. The court didn't weigh in on the larger issue of businesses choosing not to provide services to gay people.

3. Suspect in Arizona slayings takes own life
As police close in, a man suspected of gunning down four people, including a prominent psychiatrist, shot himself to death.

4. No more swimsuit competition
Miss America chairperson and former Miss America Gretchen Carlson announced the pageant will no longer feature the swimsuit portion of the competition. The swimsuit portion will be replaced by an new interactive session with judges.

5. Hot and dry for Denver
Hot and mostly dry weather will hold for Colorado this week, with highs in the 90s for lower elevations and 80s in the mountains.
