LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Two teenage brothers died after they were shot outside of a Walmart in Lakewood on Sunday night, officials said.
Damian Wikoff, 18, and Dillon Wikoff, 17, were identified as the victims.
Officers had responded to the shooting shortly before 8:30 p.m. Sunday outside a Walmart store in the 7400 block of West Colfax Avenue, police said.
Officers found the Wikoff brothers suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. They were taken to the hospital, where they died.
The shooter fled the parking lot and has not been arrested, police said. More information about the shooting was not available Monday.
