DENVER – Denver Restaurant Week has begun and if you're as anxious as we are to try some new eats, then you've come to the right place to find out everything you need to know before you arrive at the dinner table.

1. More than 200 restaurants participating this year

In total, 236 restaurants across Denver are participating in this year’s Restaurant Week.

2. Your best bet is the $35 menu option

As you know, the pricing structure for menus was divided last year in three tiers: $25, $35 and $45 per person, but a VISIT DENVER spokesperson told us the $35 is the most popular choice, with a total of 136 participating restaurants offering menus at this price.

If you want to break it down even further, 57 restaurants offer the $25 menu and 43 offer the $45 option.

3. Where can I find participating restaurants during Denver Restaurant Week 2018?

A good question! You’re going to have to stay close to downtown Denver to find a spot to try. Participating neighborhoods are in LoDo, Larimer Square and RiNo (75), Cherry Creek (17), Capitol Hill and Uptown (19) and Highlands (26).

4. Ten new restaurants are participating this year

We reported last month six new restaurants were in the menu this year, but a spokesperson with VISIT DENVER said there were actually more. This year, you can try a new spot at Citizen Rail, Corinne, El Five, French 75, Hearth and Dram, Hedge Row, Low Country Kitchen, Oskar Blues Grill & Brew, Social Fare, and The Family Jones Spirit House.

5. Some of the restaurants host chefs featured on Bravo’s “Top Chef”:

If you’ve been watching Top Chef Season 15, you know Colorado is well-represented during the season. And if you want to try out some of their creations, then you might want to check out D Bar, TAG, Euclid Hall, Bistro Vendome, and Departure Restaurant + Lounge.

Chefs featured on Top Chef will welcome you at the dinner table at restaurants mentioned above.

The menus for Denver Restaurant Week are out

If you still haven’t done it, check out the menus over at the VISIT DENVER’s website. There, you can search by price, location and cuisine.

Denver Restaurant Week will take place from February 23 through March 4.
