DENVER – A death investigation is underway after body was found in the South Platte River in Denver Wednesday afternoon.
The body was found at Ringsby Court and 35th Street in the River North Arts District by a passerby.
Denver Fire Department officials could not say if the person fell in the water and drowned, or if foul play was involved.
The cause and manner of death will come from the Denver County Coroner’s Office.
