COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Several people were displaced by a fire at a Colorado Springs apartment complex that destroyed one unit and damaged eight others.
The fire started at the Broadmoor Park Tower near 8th Street and Cheyenne Blvd. Sunday night.
Firefighters said the fire started on the fifth floor. Residents were evacuated from the fifth and sixth floors.
One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
