DENVER — More consistent weather will stick around for Colorado this week.
Sunday was a tad warmer in Denver and still dry across Colorado. Highs were in the low and mid-80s for lower elevations and 70s in the mountains.
By early next week, hotter weather will return with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s for Denver and the eastern plains.
The cooler and wetter weather did ease the fire danger somewhat across Colorado, but the return to hot and dry conditions mean we still have to be extremely careful!
