DENVER — A minor weather disturbance is moving across Colorado tonight. Some rain and snow will fall over the mountains with a few showers for the western valleys.  Skies will become mostly clear statewide by early morning.

Dry weather conditions can be expected this weekend for Denver and all of Colorado.  The storm track has shifted, taking the wet and chilly weather into the eastern U.S.

Temperatures across the plains will climb into the 60s on Friday under sunny skies. In the mountains, readings will be in the upper 40s to middle 50s during the day and mid 20s at night.

Over the weekend, the weather will stay dry, pleasant and warm with highs in the 60s to low 70s!

The next storm system to hit Colorado will be a rather weak one that will bring some rain to lower elevations and light snow to the mountains next Tuesday.
