DENVER- Warmer and drier weather will settle in for the weekend across Colorado.
Highs will hover in the low to upper 90s on Saturday and Sunday across the Denver area- that's about 7 to 10 degrees above normal. Winds will be gusty at times through the afternoon.
Lows overnight will cool us down to the 60s.
In the high country, expect very pleasant temperatures, with highs in the 70s and 80s. Winds will be strong this weekend and humidity levels will stay low- so, Fire danger will be high. Please adhere to any local fire bans in the mountains.
A cooler and more peaceful weather pattern will arrive next week. We'll see highs in the low 80s on Monday, with potentially summer upper 70s by the end of the week — an early taste of fall for the Front Range!
