Our northern and central mountains will see snow Sunday. Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for the high country Sunday and Monday. Accumulations of one to two feet are possible.

Across the Front Range and plains, Sunday will be mostly cloudy and breezy, with high temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s.

The storm will eventually impact Denver starting Monday afternoon, with snow continuing in the mountains. Snow is expected late Monday into Tuesday. Temperatures will colder, back into the low to mid 30s.

As of now, it looks like this system will bring around 1-3 inches of accumulating snow in Denver.

Milder and drier weather will return for Thursday and Friday.
