DENVER --  Afternoon highs for Denver will stay in the mid 90s for Saturday afternoon with chances for rain during the day. Highs in the mountains will be in the 70s and 80s~ also with shower chances.

Overnight lows will be in the 60s over the weekend. On Sunday though, after reaching highs in the 90s, a cold front will move through and bring good chances for rain. We have issued a First Alert Action Day for Sunday because some of those storms could be heavy and/or strong. That cold front will also bring cooler air to start next week~highs in the 80s...with rainy weather.

We'll stay in the 80s most of next week with chances for rain each day.

So far, we've seen 35 days with temperatures either at or above 90 degrees this summer.  We will obviously add a couple more days this weekend!
