DENVER — It has been a beautiful Memorial Day with afternoon highs in the 60s and partly cloudy skies.

Denver will see high temperatures in the low to mid-70s, with 50s and 60s in the high country for Tuesday.

Another storm system will move in for our mid-week weather. We will have chances for rain up in the mountains on Wednesday for our spring skiing at A-basin. First chair temperatures will be in the mid 30s with partly cloudy skies- then near 50 degrees with scattered rainshowers for the last run.

The Front Range will have a better chance of afternoon thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday as an upper level system and cold front move in. Highs will stay warm, in the 80s to round out the week.
