Morning lows will be around 0 degrees by Thursday morning — record cold again! In fact, the coldest all time low for the month of October is -2° and we could get pretty close to that around sunrise.

Halloween highs will finally climb back above freezing, but it will be a very chilly time for trick-or-treaters with late afternoon temperatures in the low 30s or upper 20s.

There will be a weak cold front racing across the Northern Rockies on Friday. A few snow showers may develop in the northern mountains of Colorado, but no accumulation is expected. Denver will see an increase in clouds and some gusty winds, but it will stay dry. Highs on Friday will still be in the 30s.

Temperatures will rebound into the low to mid 40s on Saturday and 50 degrees on Sunday! By Monday, highs will be back to near 55 to 60 degrees.
