DENVER — We are in for a very warm and mostly dry Labor Day weekend across the Front Range.

Sunday and Labor Day Monday will be hot and dry, with mid to upper 90s in store for the Denver area! (The record high for Monday is 97 degrees- and we should see 98. That will break the daily and monthly hottest temperature record for September)

Stay cool by the pool, or head to the high country where temperatures will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s.

After Monday, temperatures will cool off a little with highs in the 70s in the mountains and 80s on the plains.
