Colorado school closings and delays for Tuesday, May 21, 2019

DENVER -- A late spring storm is bringing heavy, wet snow to the I-25 corridor, Front Range, Foothills and mountains of Colorado. A handful of school districts have decided to delay or cancel school Tuesday as the state gets a blast of snow just days away from June.

Elizabeth School District is delayed by one hour, Platte Canyon School District is delayed by 90 minutes and the Summit School District is delayed by two hours. Legacy Academy in Elizabeth is also delayed by one hour.

Kiowa Schools and Academy 20 in Colorado Springs have both canceled school.
