DENVER – If you’re heading out to Broncos training camp on Saturday, lose your typical orange and blue but don’t forget your purple!

The team is asking all fans who attend Saturday’s practice to wear purple in support of Alzheimer’s Awareness.

The team is hosting a fundraiser in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association Colorado Chapter. People can donate online by clicking here or in person at training camp on Saturday. The Broncos will be matching all monetary donations made to the association.

The association and team will be handing out purple rally towels and bracelets Saturday at the association’s tent. The goal for Saturday is to raise $76,125—one dollar for each seat at Broncos Stadium at Mile High.

The annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s at City Park is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15. This is the 29th year the fundraiser will be taking place. There is a $1.35 million goal for this year’s walk.
