"Blonde Miller" will take over Monday night TV until further notice.
Denver Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller begins performing Monday night on Dancing with the Stars, taking his moves from the field to the dance floor.
"My dancing ability has all been on the football field. I dance on the football field or in the locker room," he said before the first big night. "I've been putting in a lot of hard work."
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays on Denver7 at 7 p.m.
Miller told Denver7 he didn't realize how hard dancing would be before he started.
"I'm a pro at playing football. Football naturally comes easy for me," he said. "The work is the same. You got to put the work in on the football field. You got to put the work in on the dance floor. I've been great with both of them and I feel pretty comfortable with my chances."
Von said he didn't need permission from the Broncos to compete in season 22, and partner Witney Carson is his secret weapon. She won the show in 2014. Together, they make the #BlondeMiller team.
"Her personality matches well with my personality. And I think you'll see that come out with some of the outfits that we choose," he told Denver7.
If not him, Von would say DeMarcus Ware would be great on Dancing with the Stars.
Maybe next year???
The show airs Mondays on Denver7. Anchor Dayle Cedars will be in L.A. for the show.
