Lindsey Vonn was ‘keeping the mountain safe' with Vail Mountain avalanche dogs this week

DENVER – Olympic skiing champion Lyndsey Vonn did not have to travel far to enjoy some fresh powder after recently wrapping up her World Cup season in Aspen.

And what better way to spend the day than to keep everyone safe with the help of three adorable avalanche pups.

So why was she there? We have yet to find out. But who can complain when there are three adorable puppies looking out for your safety?
