AURORA, Colo. – Congressman Jason Crow is hosting a town hall meeting Monday evening in Aurora fresh off his stint as a House impeachment manager and after another visit Monday to the Geo Group’s immigration center in Aurora.

The town hall will be held inside the auditorium at Aurora Central High School, located at 11700 E. 11th Ave. in Aurora.

Doors for people hoping to attend open at 5 p.m., and the town hall is expected to get underway at 5:30 p.m.

The first-term congressman is up for re-election in November in Colorado’s 6th congressional district. He defeated incumbent Republican Mike Coffman in 2018.

One Democrat and four Republicans have already declared for the race, and the filing deadline is March 17.

Crow was one of the impeachment managers in President Donald Trump’s Senate trial. Ahead of Monday’s town hall, Crow is expected to tour the Geo Group’s immigration detention facility in Aurora.
