Tens of thousands of people typically attend the Academy’s ceremony, including every president since John F. Kennedy.

Last year’s speaker at the Air Force Academy's graduation was then-Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, who told cadets they should be ready to go to war, to fight and to win.

Trump spoke at last year’s graduation at the Naval Academy in Maryland.
