WASHINGTON -- The children of two Denver-area undocumented women are in Washington D.C. for a few days as part of a national rally for undocumented immigrants and their children.

Two of Jeanette Vizguerra's children -- 13-year-old Luna and 10-year-old Roberto -- as well as one of Ingrid LaTorre's children, her son Bryan, are participating in the We Belong Together Kids Caravan.

Both Vizguerra and LaTorre have taken sanctuary at Denver-area churches after they were scheduled to be deported in recent months. The children say they went to Washington to protect their mothers and fight for their mothers to stay in the U.S.
