DENVER -- Senator Michael Bennet, D-Colorado, says his kids may find his speeches boring, but he has a passion for politics.

Bennet is running for re-election against Republican candidate Darryl Glenn.

On this week's Politics Unplugged, Bennet talks to Marshall Zelinger about what he hopes to accomplish for Colorado, the economy and the environment during another six years in office.

He also talks about more immediate concerns, like fighting the Zika virus.

Politics Unplugged airs Sundays at 4pm on Denver7.
