DENVER – Following hearings that were full of more drama and controversy than any in decades, Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed, then sworn-in, as the newest justice on the U.S. Supreme Court this week.

On this weekend’s Politics Unplugged, University of Denver professor Josh Wilson talks about how Kavanaugh’s appointment will likely influence future court decisions as well as what cases are actually get sent to the court for consideration.
