John Hickenlooper formally launched his 2020 presidential campaign Monday morning with an announcement in which the former Colorado governor talks of repairing “damage” done to the country by the current administration and bringing people together for “progressive” change.

DENVER -- Now that former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper has thrown his hat in the ring to be president, Colorado could find itself in an even bigger spotlight.

On this weekend's Politics Unplugged, Anne Trujillo is joined by 630 KHOW host Krista Kafer and Blair Miller of TheDenverChannel.com to talk about Hickenlooper's chances of winning the Democratic nomination as well as what his candidacy means for the state.

Politics Unplugged airs Sundays at 4:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Denver7 and noon on K3-KCDO.
