DENVER — The All Inn Motel on E. Colfax Avenue will soon undergo a major renovation.
Inspire Investment Group bought the motel and the old Rockbar night club for $3.5 million and has plans to renovate the current space and add a few more features.
According to an application submitted to the City of Denver, the group plans to renovate the existing 54 motel rooms and build 27 new units with space for retail and a new restaurant.
Inspire Investment also has plans to build a pool deck and courtyard.
Construction on this renovation project is set to begin in April of this year.
