DENVER — One of the newest additions to Denver’s skyline is nearing completion. Recently, construction crews working on Block 162 — a skyscraper that’s been in the works since 2018 — installed the last major structural piece to the 30-story building.
Denver7first brought you news about the new high rise shortly before the developer, Patrinely Group, broke ground on the project.
The building, which is located at 15th Street and California Street, will be home to 20 floors of office space, 13 floors of above- and below-ground parking, a sky terrace, outdoor lounge with fireplaces, and a lobby that features three retail spaces.
Patrinely Group hasn’t said who will be moving into the new space but the building is scheduled to be complete by December of this year.
