Man Gets 15 Years For Robbing Pizza Hut

Suspect Identified From Surveillance Video

A Milliken man who pleaded guilty to robbing a Pizza Hut in Greeley was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years in prison.

Sean Oliver, 21, admitted that he robbed the Pizza Hut at 4637 29th St. on Jan. 13. He pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery, a Class 3 felony.

According to police reports, officers found evidence, including footprints, outside the restaurant that indicated the robbers had walked from a nearby sporting goods store to the Pizza Hut.

Officers said they reviewed the sporting goods store videotape and identified Oliver. He was arrested one week later.

A woman who was with Oliver the night of the robbery, Tori Bell, 20, pleaded guilty to robbery charges in April. She was sentenced to four years of community corrections. However, prosecutors said her case has been reopened because of a sentence violation, she will be resentenced in September.
