DENVER, Colo. – A large event, touted as the “World’s Largest Cannabis Career Fair and Expo,” is taking place in Denver this week.

On Thursday, more than 50 cannabis companies will be looking to fill over 1,000 jobs, including bud tenders, dispensary managers to social media associates, according to Vangst Talent Network, the event organizer.

The event isn’t just a place for people to find jobs in the marijuana industry.

“There will also be educational demonstrations and five expert speakers. Everyone attending will also get a digital packet detailing each attending company along with job descriptions to help keep them organized,” Karson Humiston, founder of Vangst Talent Network, told The Cannabist.

There will also be a product demo area where attendees can check out the newest products in the industry.

Now unlike other career fairs, this one will cost you $9.99, for a ticket.

Also setting it apart from other career fairs, this one will have an exclusive after party.

“They get into our invite-only after party sponsored by Leafly with DJ, open bar, complimentary food, and plenty of networking,” said Humiston to The Cannabist.

The event is happening at Mile High Station on 2027 Old West Colfax Ave. in Denver Thursday. It runs from 2-8 p.m.
