DENVER – Veterans Day is Monday, and plenty of restaurants and businesses across the Denver area are offering discounts and deals for veterans and active military members.
Outback Steakhouse: Military veterans, active service members, police officers, firefighters and other first responders will receive 20% off from Nov. 8 through Nov. 11. They can receive 10% off every day after the 11th.
Carrabba's Italian Grill: All veterans, active duty military members and first responders receive free calamari Nov. 8 through Nov. 11 and 10% off any future visits.
IHOP: All veterans and active military will receive a free V.I.B. breakfast item. Must show military ID or proof of military service.
Bonefish Grill: Veterans and active service members will receive a free appetizer on Monday.
Texas de Brazil: Veterans will receive 50% off their meal from Monday through Wednesday.
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar: Veterans and active service members will receive a free Bad Daddy's All American Burger and side on Monday.
Acova Restaurant: Veterans and active service members will receive 50% off anything on the menu.
Pepper the Noshery: Veterans and active service members will receive a free appetizer during lunch or dinner on Monday.
Smashburger: Veterans and active service members will receive a free double burger with any purchase.
Illegal Burger: Veterans will receive a 10% discount.
Tucanos Brazilian Grill: Veterans will receive a buy one, get one free deal from Nov. 8 through Nov. 11. Any veterans dining alone will receive a half-priced meal.
Red Lobster: Veterans, active service members and reservists will receive a free appetizer or dessert on Veterans Day.
Rodizio Grill: Veterans will receive a free meal, with the purchase of a meal, Nov. 11-14.
Dumb Friend's League: Pet adoption fees will be waived on Veterans Day for veterans and active military members. Visit the Dumb Friends League website to view all pets currently available for adoption.
Jiffy Lube Denver: Veterans and service members will receive a free Value Oil Change Plus on Monday.
Colorado State Parks: Veterans and active service members will receive free admission to Colorado state parks on Monday. (Other park fees, including camping, are not included in the deal)
Denver Zoo: Veterans and active service members will receive free admission to the Denver Zoo on Monday.
