Good morning. Here are 5 Things to Know for Thursday, May 31, 2018.

1. Pres. Trump to visit Santa Fe
Today, President Donald Trump will travel to Texas to meet with families who lost loved ones in the Santa Fe High School shooting almost two weeks ago. Ten people were killed and last night, the community held another candlelight vigil for the victims.

2. Ozone alert day
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has issued a warning for ground-level ozone, which lasts until 4 p.m. today. High temperatures, light winds and sunny skies could create air quality concerns for sensitive groups.

3. Fire danger high today as well
Those warm, dry conditions will also create high fire danger across the state today. Highs will be in the upper 80s in Denver and will reach the mid-90s across southeastern Colorado. In the mountains, the weather will be delightful with readings in the 70s to low 80s.

4. Hickenlooper to sign transportation bill
Gov. John Hickenlooper will sign off on a bill that would use $645 million dollars from the general fund over the next two years to pay for transportation projects across the state. An additional $50 million per year will go toward paying down CDOT's $9 billion project backlog for the remaining 18 years.

5. More evacuations in Hawaii
Officials on Hawaii's Big Island have issued more evacuation orders as the eruption of Kilauea shows no signs of stopping. Lava from the volcano has claimed 75 homes so far, blocked exit routes and created toxic haze that's drifted all the way to Guam.
