1. Trump-Putin summit in Helsinki
U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived Monday at the Finnish presidential palace for what Trump has called a summit with Putin. Trump told Putin, "I think we will end up having an extraordinary relationship."

2. State of the City address today
Growth is expected to be a big topic in Denver Mayor Michael Hancock's annual State of the City address on Monday morning. Hancock will lay out his plans to make housing more affordable in Denver while maintaining the culture and character of neighborhoods. The address is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m.

3. RTD holds meeting on fare changes
Tonight is the first of eight town hall meetings scheduled to discuss the Regional Transportation District's proposed rate changes. There are several options being considered, including raising rates and adding a new pass for low-income riders. The meeting is scheduled to run from 6 to 8 p.m. at the West Boulder Senior Center, 909 Arapahoe Ave. in Boulder.

4. A cool, foggy start today
We'll see some areas of dense fog this morning, with gradually clearing skies by 9 a.m. In Denver, expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and a slight chance of afternoon storms. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s along the northern Front Range.
