Severe weather hits northeast Colorado

At least 3 tornadoes spotted

Tornadoes and severe thunderstorms hit northeast Colorado Saturday.

A 2:42 p.m. a tornado was spotted 2 miles south of Hudson by law enforcement. There was minor damage to structures and roofs, with a large dust cloud.

Also at 2:42 p.m. a pilot reported a tornado 6 miles southeast of DIA.

At 3:11 p.m. a member of the public spotted a tornado 3 miles north of Bennet. The tornado kicked up a large dust cloud.
