ARVADA, Colo. — A home caught fire on Wednesday morning along the 9700 block of W. 74th Way in Arvada.
Amber Jones, spokesperson for the Arvada Fire Protection District, said the call was originally reported as a brush fire around 4:49 a.m. When crews arrived at the scene, they quickly discovered it was a house fire. Three people were able to escape from the fire with the help of Arvada police, Jones said.
Jones said they were all transported to a hospital. Their injuries are unknown.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
