DENVER – A carriage house from the 1880s tucked in a backyard in Denver’s Curtis Park neighborhood is the most popular Airbnb listing in the entire state, according to travel website Viva.
The site mapped out the most popular Airbnb rentals in all 50 states, though the site doesn’t explain how it determined which are the most popular. More than 20,500 people have added the Denver listing to their “wish list” on the Airbnb site.
The carriage house’s listing states that it once held horses and was converted into a residence in 2007.
One reason the listing is so popular might be its price. At $133 per night, it’s a pretty good deal, especially when split between several people (it will sleep three).
