These Colorado school districts have the highest graduation rates in the state

DENVER – It’s beginning to be that time of year when high school seniors across Colorado prepare for graduation.

And according to the Colorado Department of Education, more and more teens are reaching that educational pinnacle. 

A January report showed a marked increase in the statewide graduation rate with 78.9 percent of the students in the Class of 2016 graduating within four years.

But some districts in Colorado perform way above the state average when it comes to getting teens to that important day.

Here are the Colorado school districts with a senior class of 50 or more that have the highest graduation rates in the state.

  • Manitou Springs 14 93.7%

  • Boulder Valley 92.5%
