DENVER — Police are asking for help identifying a suspect who allegedly stole multiple items from the Denver Art Museum on Jan. 9.
The Denver Police Department issued a Crime Stoppers alert Tuesday morning for a person suspected of stealing several items from the museum and assaulting an employee. Police did not say what was stolen.
The incident occurred shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 9, police said.
The suspect fled on foot afterward.
