JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has issued a summons for the second man accused of leaving tacks strewn along a popular bike route.

Investigators told Denver7 the suspects were identified after one of them was seen on surveillance video purchasing thumbtacks at a local King Soopers.
