Almost all the snow around Denver has melted, but that's not the case in Rocky Mountain National Park!

Check out these photos of a snow plow driver working to clear Trail Ridge Road!

Fritz Prehn, a PhD student at the Colorado School of Mines, snapped the photos during a flight over the national park Wednesday.

Looks like the snow plow driver still has a big job ahead!

Trail Ridge Road closed for the winter season on Oct. 30, 2015.

Trail Ridge Road connects Estes Park on the east to Grand Lake on the west.

It is the highest continuous paved road in America. It reaches an elevation of 12,183 feet and 11 miles of the roadway are above 11,500 feet.
