Denver- A pedestrian was killed while crossing Alameda Avenue near Morrison Road.
Police were called to the intersection around 8:52 p.m. Sunday.
The vehicle which struck the man initially left the scene but later returned, an officer told Denver7's Russell Haythorn.
The intersection was closed while police investigate the accident.
