NORTHGLENN, Colo. — Northglenn Police are looking for a knife-wielding man who went on a carjacking spree Wednesday.

Police were first called to the Best Buy parking lot on West 104th Ave. on reports the assailant was trying to steal an employee’s vehicle and pulled a knife on a person trying to stop him.

The suspect fled on foot and reportedly carjacked another vehicle at knifepoint. Police say the suspect fled the scene westbound and collided with another vehicle at the intersection of West 104th Ave. and Melody Drive.

The suspect then fled on foot to the nearby McDonalds’ parking lot, where he stole another vehicle and continued to flee westbound, police said.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male approximately 6-feet tall and 150 pounds. He has a short, dark-colored mohawk and was wearing a black hoodie.

He was last spotted driving a white 2015 Dodge pickup truck bearing license plate “QWM-516”. The truck also bears the markings “RMS Cranes” in red lettering on the doors and tailgate.
