A father of two, who is a teacher at Bell Middle School, is in critical condition after a home invasion at the wrong house. Now Golden Police are asking for the public's help finding two suspects who are still at large.
Police said three men knocked on the door of Jesse and Jessica Swift's home on Washington Avenue Monday around 9 p.m. after the men were given the wrong address for a home to get drugs.
"They just knocked on my door and they came in my house," Jessica Swift, who is also a teacher at Bell Middle School, said in a call to 911.

"The husband quickly got into an altercation with all three suspects in an attempt to stop them," Golden police spokeswoman Karlyn Tilley said in a news release. "At one point he was able to grab a knife from the kitchen and stab one of the suspects."
"There were three guys, we have one of them down inside of our house," Jessica Swift said in the 911 call.
Tilley said during the altercation, Jessica Swift ran out of the house to a neighbor and called 911.
"Please, help, please, my husband is bleeding very badly," she is heard saying on the 911 call.
When officers arrived, the Jesse Swift was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
One suspect was also hospitalized. That suspect has been identified as Caleb Williams, 21. Police said he was stabbed by Jesse Swift during the confrontation.

Police later took a 17-year old into custody but did not identify him because he is a juvenile.
Police are still looking for 20-year old Cody Aaron Jones.

"Jones is currently on probation for 2nd degree burglary charges, obstructing a peace officer, theft, and also has an active nationwide warrant for his arrest on another case," Golden Police said in a statement Tuesday.
Police are also searching for an unidentified woman who was apparently driving the getaway car, police stated.
Williams told police the group went to the home expecting to find $10,000 in cash and drugs. They did not, police said.
Jesse Swift has stab wounds to his kidney and a punctured lung, along with several other lacerations, police said.
"Fortunately, he is expected to survive," Tilley said.
The family's two children were in the basement asleep during the incident.
