IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo. – A 21-year-old woman killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 70 near Genesee Monday afternoon is suspected to have been under the influence of marijuana, the Colorado State Patrol announced Tuesday.

Sabelle Wang, of Nevada, was behind the wheel of a small, four-door sedan at the time of the crash. Troopers say she failed to negotiate a right curve and went off the left side of the roadway. The driver then over-corrected and the vehicle rolled.

Wang was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene, according to the CSP. A second person in the car was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The crash left a large debris field on the roadway. No other vehicles were involved.

The rollover crash, which Colorado State Patrol says was reported at 2:42 p.m., closed the eastbound lanes and the left lane of the westbound portion of the highway for several hours, causing delays in both directions.

Wang's suspected marijuana intoxication level was not released.
