Man with cognitive impairment missing since Sept. 3 out of Glenwood Springs

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. — A 67-year-old man who has a cognitive impairment has been missing out of Glenwood Springs since early September.

Lynn “Dale” Loper was last seen on Sept. 3 along the 2300 block of Blake Avenue, according to the Glenwood Springs Police Department. He was driving a 2008 maroon Jeep Liberty with Colorado license plate YQZ883.

Loper is described as a white male standing about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair.

According to the police department, he has a cognitive impairment.
