DENVER — Police in Denver are investigating a shooting that left one man dead early Saturday morning.
It happened on the southbound Interstate 25 off-ramp to 20th Street in Denver.
Officers contacted an adult male who had been shot after responding to a call around 1:40 a.m. Police have not said if the victim was in a vehicle or a pedestrian.
Initially, it didn’t appear serious, but as the night progressed, the victim died after he was transported to the hospital, police said.
Police don’t know what led up to the shooting and are investigating it as a homicide.
