DENVER – Boulder police arrested a 30-year-old man for investigation of first-degree murder after he allegedly killed a man Sunday night.
Robert Hicks, 30, was hospitalized after he was arrested at the scene of the alleged homicide in the 900 block of East Morehead Circle Sunday night, police said.
Officers responded to that scene around 9 p.m. Sunday and found a man not breathing and unconscious with “suspicious wounds,” the police department said in a news release.
The man was taken to a hospital and later died of his injuries. Police did not say what was suspected of causing the injuries.
Police said the two men knew one another but did not release further information. They are asking anyone with information on the case to call BPD Detective Cantu at 303-441-4328 in reference to case 21-1354.
