ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — A man wanted for a hit-and-run crash that injured two boys in Arapahoe County earlier this month has been arrested, the Colorado State Patrol confirmed Tuesday.
Oghaleoghene Atuno, 22, was arrested Saturday in connection with the April 5 crash on East Fair Place just west of Fundy Way in unincorporated Arapahoe County.
Two boys, ages 11 and 12, were struck by the suspect vehicle at around 4 p.m. One of the boys was taken to the hospital with serious bodily injuries but was released Sunday. The other only suffered minor injuries and did not have to be transported.
Atuno is facing charges vehicular assault and reckless driving.
