LITTLETON, Colo. — A 78-year-old man out of Littleton left his home Tuesday morning and hasn't been seen since.
The Littleton Police Department said Robert Pestana was last seen around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday when he left his home along the 5700 block of S. Lowell Boulevard to go to the Goodson Recreation Center in Centennial. His wife said he was expected to return home by noon.
When he left the home, he was wearing a gray sweatshirt with a hood, dark jean pants and a black baseball cap. He was driving a 1992 blue Jeep Cherokee with a Colorado license plate number 731-AAV. The car has a faded “Fraternal Order of Police” bumper sticker and rusting on the right rear side.
Police said Pestana doesn't have any medical issues, but has been struggling with his memory and geography recently. He does not have a cell phone, debit card or family or friends in the state, police said.
Pestana is described as a white man standing about 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 200 pounds. He as white hair and blue eyes.
Police said they do not suspect foul play.
