Officials and law enforcement agencies around the area are expressing their well wishes for Denver Police and the department's Officer Tony Lopez, Jr. Lopez, a second-generation officer, was shot several times during a carjacking in northwest Denver on Tuesday. Doctors said after a long surgery that they're hopeful he'll survive.
