WESTMINSTER, Colo. — Investigators said they believe the Westbury Apartment fire that killed two people was intentionally set.
In a joint press release between the Westminster Police Department, Westminster Fire Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives National Response Team, authorities said they had completed their on-scene investigation into the July 22 fire that killed two and injured many more at the apartments, which are located at 1585 W. 115th Ave. in Westminster.
Police and the ATF Denver Field Division will continue to investigate this case as an arson and homicide.
