1:24 p.m.: A vehicle crashed into an RTD light rail car at 8th and Quail in Lakewood. Police report very minor injuries. Because of the crash, W-Line trains are experiencing 15-20 min delays.

1:05 p.m.: South High School in Denver was placed on lockdown for a brief time following a report that a student brought a weapon onto school grounds. Police later found the weapon, which turned out to be a BB gun, and confiscated it. The student's parents were contacted and the lockdown status was lifted just after noon.

12:15 p.m.: Police in Denver are investigating a shooting in the 4700 block of Andes Street in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. Police tweeted one person was transported with an apparent gunshot wound. Their condition is not known. Police do not have suspect information at this time.
