9:58 p.m. — The Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building will be closed to city employees and the public on Friday, March 22, "due to significant damage to the building’s power supply system that occurred during routine maintenance and testing performed this afternoon," a spokeswoman for the City and County of Denver said in a statement. City employees who work in the Webb building should contact their supervisors for instructions on work locations.
